Contact
Email us — that’s it.
We deliberately don’t run a contact form. taxi-fare.com.au doesn’t collect names, phone numbers or any personally identifiable information. Reach us at the address below; pick the subject line that matches your reason so we can route the message to the right person.

Hotel, hostel, airport-info-screen or travel-app considering an embed? We have a free 400×500 widget you can iframe in.

Press + media
Working on a piece about Australian taxi pricing, regulator changes, or the Sydney Airport fixed-fare trial? Happy to talk on background or on the record.
Email with subject “Press inquiry”
How fast do you reply?
We aim to respond to data-correction emails within two business days (Australian Eastern Time). Partnership and press inquiries usually take a few days longer because we want to give a thoughtful answer rather than a templated one.
What we will not reply to
- Cold pitches for guest posts, sponsored content or “editorial collaboration”. We don’t accept sponsored editorial.
- SEO/backlink requests. We link to regulators and to relevant Australian transport resources; we don’t trade links.
- Personal taxi-fare disputes between you and a driver. The state regulator’s complaints line is the correct channel — see the FAQ on resolving disputes.
